These Terms of Service govern your use of our web design and hosting services. By requesting a website preview or using our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide professional web design services including: custom website design and development, hosting and domain management, SSL certificate setup, and optional monthly maintenance. The one-time website creation fee is EUR 349. Monthly maintenance plans range from EUR 29 to EUR 99 depending on the tier selected.
Website creation: EUR 349 one-time payment. Payment is due only after you approve the website preview. Monthly maintenance: EUR 29 (Basic), EUR 59 (Standard), or EUR 99 (Premium). Paid monthly via credit card, MB WAY, or Multibanco. Maintenance plans can be canceled with 30 days notice. All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes.
You agree to: provide accurate business information for website creation, respond to requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe, ensure you have rights to any content (text, images, logos) you provide, and comply with applicable laws in your use of the website.
You retain ownership of all content (text, images, logos, business information) you provide. We retain ownership of our website templates, design frameworks, and proprietary tools. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the final website design. If you cancel services, we reserve the right to showcase your website in our portfolio (unless you specifically request removal).
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties. We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not responsible for content you provide or how you use your website.
Either party may terminate maintenance services with 30 days written notice. If you terminate, you may export your website content. We may terminate immediately for non-payment, violation of terms, or illegal use. Upon termination, we will provide 30 days to retrieve your data before deletion.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our services may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with website design, content generation, and customer support. All AI systems are supervised by our human team, and final decisions are made by humans. You have the right to request human review of any AI-generated content. AI systems are classified as minimal or limited risk under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. For details, see our AI Disclosure page.
